FAQ

Straight answers

What Flacron Capital is, what it is not, and how it handles your work.

Will Flacron Capital get my business funded?

No software can guarantee funding. Flacron Capital helps you find official opportunities, understand requirements, prepare strong evidence-backed materials and stay organised. Decisions are made by funders, buyers, lenders and investors.

Are you a lender, broker or investment platform?

No. Flacron Capital is a software platform. We do not lend money, broker loans, sell securities, hold investor funds or give investment advice.

Where do opportunities come from?

From official public sources such as Grants.gov, SAM.gov, USAspending, SBA and SBIR, and from licensed data providers where we have an agreement. Each record shows its source and when it was retrieved. Opportunity discovery is being rolled out in stages — see the Product page for current availability.

What does “Super Intelligence” do?

It helps draft and organise — for example, turning verified facts from your Knowledge Vault into a first draft narrative. Every claim must trace to evidence you control, and nothing is sent or submitted without human approval.

Do you charge a percentage of what I raise?

No. Plans are flat software subscriptions. We never charge a percentage of grants, contracts, loans or investment.

Can my team work together?

Yes. Invite teammates with specific roles. The number of seats depends on your plan: Free and Starter include one seat, Growth three, Professional five and Business ten.

Can I try it for free?

Yes. The Free plan needs no card and lets you set up your workspace and funding profile.

Is online payment live?

Checkout currently runs in Stripe test mode while pricing is finalised, so no real card is charged. We will announce when paid plans go live.

How is my data protected?

Workspace data is isolated by both API authorisation and database row-level security, encrypted in transit and at rest, and changes are recorded in an audit log. See Trust & security for details.
