What we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address and authentication records (via Google Firebase Authentication).
- Workspace content: organisation profile, funding goals, team membership and documents you add.
- Billing records: plan, subscription status and invoices. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Operational data: security and audit logs, and contact-form submissions.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, send transactional emails (verification, password reset, invitations) through Amazon SES, process subscriptions, and respond to your requests. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, email), Google Firebase (authentication) and Stripe (subscription billing) to operate the service. They process data on our behalf under their terms.
Isolation and security
Workspace data is isolated per organisation through API authorisation and database row-level security, encrypted in transit and at rest, and access-controlled by role.
Your choices
You can update your profile, leave or delete workspaces you own, and request a copy or deletion of your personal data through our contact page.
