Grants

Non-dilutive

What it is: Money awarded by a government agency or foundation for a defined purpose. Usually competitive, with strict eligibility, reporting and use-of-funds rules.
Where data comes from: Grants.gov and agency programs; authorised state and local portals.
How Flacron Capital helps: Find programs, explain eligibility factor by factor, organise required documents, and draft narratives from verified facts for your review.
Important limits: An award is decided by the funder. Flacron Capital never guarantees eligibility or an award.

Contracts & RFPs

Revenue, not funding

What it is: Government and corporate buyers purchasing goods or services through solicitations. Winning a contract creates revenue under binding terms.
Where data comes from: SAM.gov contract opportunities, USAspending award history and authorised procurement portals.
How Flacron Capital helps: Track solicitations and amendments, support bid/no-bid decisions, build compliance matrices and route sign-offs before any offer.
Important limits: Binding offers are only submitted by your authorised submitter through official channels. CAPTCHAs and portal rules are never bypassed.

Loan programs

Debt

What it is: Borrowed capital repaid with interest, including government-backed programs such as SBA loans and CDFI lending.

Equity investment

Dilutive

What it is: Capital from investors in exchange for ownership. Securities law governs who can be solicited and how.
